Are credit card transactions safe?

Does International Party Mfg. charge sales tax?
State of Ohio law requires International Party Mfg. to collect sales tax on all orders shipped to Ohio addresses. We are not required to collect sales tax for orders shipped to other states.

How long does it take to receive an order?
Most orders received before 11:30am are processed and leave our warehouse the same day. All orders are processed within 24 hours, except during peak seasonal periods. To determine the average delivery time, please select your state below.
